Help Us Celebrate Dr. Seuss's Birthday with our District First Graders

Battle Ground Kiwanis and the Battle Education Foundation are working together to be change agents in the lives of children. In March, we will provide all the first graders in the Battle Ground and Hockinson School Districts with a free “Cat in the Hat” hat and a scholastic book to celebrate Dr. Seuss’s birthday. Volunteers will be part of the celebration by reading in the classrooms and distributing the books and hats. If you are interested in being a volunteer, you can sign-up at Dr. Seuss or email the Kiwanis Club at This email address is being protected from spambots.
